We are proud to ship our educational toys globally (excluding Asia and a few remote areas).
Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully process and pack your order before it ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Cost: $12.95 (flat rate).
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
- Available on all orders over $50.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your happiness is our priority. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple return and exchange process within a 15-day window from the date you receive your product.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Just follow these easy steps:
- Contact Our Customer Care Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected]. Include your order number, the product name, and a brief reason for your return or exchange request.
- Wait for Instructions: Our friendly team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address for your return. Please do not send any items back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Ship it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the return is due to an error on our end).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. We will send you an email confirmation once it’s complete.
Refund Timing and Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method you used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process the refund.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as we process your return, using the same shipping method as your original order unless you request otherwise.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of all children, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items once they have been opened or used:
- Dolls with Soft Bodies: This includes all Cloth & Rag Dolls.
- Opened Learning Toys: This includes Baby Learning Toys and Bilingual Toys that have been unsealed from their original packaging.
Exception: If you receive a defective item from these categories, please contact us immediately! We will be happy to provide a replacement or refund.
