However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our straightforward process for returns and exchanges to ensure a positive experience for our valued customers—parents, educators, and caregivers.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Customer Care Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. Please provide a brief reason for the return/exchange request.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the package. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all parts and accessories. Ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. We will notify you via email once this is complete.

Refund Timing and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow the following time for the refund to appear in your account:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process the refund.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund.

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all children, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature:

  • Dolls with Soft Bodies: Such as Cloth & Rag Dolls, for hygiene reasons.
  • Opened or Used Learning Toys: Specifically, Baby Learning Toys and Bilingual Toys that have been unsealed or used, as they are intended for developmental play and cannot be resold once opened.

However, if you receive a defective item from these categories, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
